Join us as a Business Finance Partner Working closely with the Director of Business and the Business Leadership Team (BLT), to monitor monthly performance analysis, delivering financial analysis to resolve complex problems and continually support process improvements in the Business function. As the Business Revenue Analyst, you will be responsible for the financial analysis, insights and financial knowledge of all revenue products related to Business and providing expert guidance to help drive strategic decisions. What else it involves: Be recognised as a leading Business Revenue Analyst expert in Three to resolve issues with a particular focus on the complex product offerings such as IoT and 3CS. Ensure effective stakeholder management including regular communication of business revenue KPI's to business owners and senior management. Manage relationships and liaise with all Business stakeholders to monitor margin growth opportunities and revenue leakage. Drive high impact and timely communication with key stakeholders across the business. Design and analysis of business performance to include regular deep dive of variances to budget and forecast providing expert guidance for any outliers. Motivate, coach, and develop team members in areas such as IoT and mobile. Continually develop own skills, capabilities, and experience in conjunction with own development plan and with line manager Key Responsibilities: Fully accountable for the financial reporting of all products within the business portfolio including Mobile, IoT and Connected Solutions. Provide expert analysis for the more complex product offerings such as M2M and 3CS. M2M is a large growth area for Three and requires a key focus as the product continues to grow. Presentation of monthly insights & results to the Business Director & Business Leadership team, highlighting and explaining trends and anomalies. In depth analysis of monthly trends including management packs to drive strategic decisions within the Business Leadership Team. Exceptional ability to explain the impact of prior decisions on performance and results to various audiences within the organisation, both financial and non-financial to Director and senior management levels. Provide expert input and cross category knowledge to the BLT for inclusion in monthly presentations for CEO and Chairman's meetings Quarterly presentation to Corporate and SME Heads of functions providing valuable insights and focus where any new product offerings are released to the market. Production of month end results ensuring their accuracy, working with the products team to ensure all items are reflected, particularly in the 3CS & M2M area which are the more complicated products. Expertise required for accurate GL mappings particularly on any new products to ensure accurate revenue reporting and identifying and resolving revenue loss on an ongoing basis. Develop cross functional partnerships, to ensure recognition of new products follow generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and ensuring the propositions build take account of required accounting standards. Lead and manage the budget and quarterly reforecasting revenue and margin process working closely with the business heads of functions and presenting to the business leadership team prior to submission Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations Continually review and support the improvement to data sources and any new interfaces to the revenue reporting area. Represent the Finance Revenue team as a subject matter expert regarding GL mappings and revenue recognition of new product launches and specialised projects The Skills we are looking for: CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with relevant experience Experience of financial and management accounting Experience of budgeting and forecasting Actively demonstrates ownership and responsibility with a proven record of working on own initiative as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team As the role requires management of a diverse range of stakeholders, strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills are essential with evidence of a proactive approach and credible outcome Excellent excel & PowerPoint skills Exposure to revenue/margin reporting and analysis Oracle Financial Systems Knowledge Change advocate with a focus on continuous improvement Excellent analytical skills with strong planning and organisation skills Experience in a telecommunication industry preferable.
