eir evo talent have been partnered with a leading organisation in the FMCG space, in the search for an experienced CMMS Engineer/Maintenence Planner for a key site in Cork. The Engineer will be responsible for developing asset care and reliability strategies for the overall lifecycle of capital assets (designing, delivering, operating, maintaining, and decommissioning. The person will also act as system owner for the sites Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) SAP DaMaintis and will be working closely with the site's maintenance manager to ensure the system is fit for purpose and all asset, work orders, preventative maintenance routines and stock information is up to date and accurate. In addition the candidate will support the maintenance stores manager in the day to day running of the sites stores. Main Responsibilities and KPIs Act as system owner / administrator for the sites CMMS System - DaMaintis Play a lead role in the optimisation of the Site CMMS and the development of the associated process flows Coordinate with site Maintenance Specialist / scheduler to ensure that services and inspections are scheduled and performed when due, and that resultant corrective work is promptly performed Ensure all equipment required for annual statutory inspections/certification is included within the site asset register Responsible for the management of the sites Calibrations Contractor and associated program Analyse Equipment History data to ensure that current maintenance programs are effective and fit for purpose Developing engineering solutions to repetitive failures and other maintenance problems Works with the project Engineering group to ensure the maintainability of new and modified installations. Act as Maintenance Owner for project to maintenance handovers and ensure the integration of such into maintenance systems i.e. All required data is up-loaded on to the systems Reduce and improves maintenance work wherever feasible; assuring efficient and reliable operation of plant, process and equipment while protecting and prolonging the economic life of plant assets at optimal cost Drive plant reliability improvement programs through the use of the following reliability engineering technics: FMEAs, OE/availability, RCM and Condition based monitoring programs Drives Preventative Maintenance program such as vibration, thermography and other predictive analyses and interpretation of results Lead sites Maintenance related RCAs and understand root causes of repeated equipment failures.
