ICON is recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partnering Manager, who'll partner with the VP of Operations to drive revenue growth and margin expansion in the Strategic Solutions Department within ICON PLC. The successful candidate will leverage their strong analytical and relationship building skills, to develop a deep understanding of the key revenue and cost drivers of the business and partner with their operational colleagues to develop actions which will result in positive financial outcomes for the department. The role will be on a hybrid working basis and would be ideal for candidates to be located within an easy commute to the office based in Leopardstown, Dublin. The Senior Finance Business Partnering Manager roles duties include: Responsible for the financial management of the Strategic Solutions department. Deliver financial support to the Snr Director of Finance and Senior Leadership with the Strategic Solutions Business Unit. Preparation of monthly financial reporting packages for VP of operations with insightful commentary and analysis. Conduct monthly financial reviews Snr Operational Management leadership team to discuss financial health of the department and agree appropriate actions. Support the preparation of monthly financial forecasts and annual budget. Identification and reporting on key Revenue and Margin drivers within the portfolio Support the preparation of ad-hoc management presentations. To be considered for the Senior Finance Business Partnering Manager position, you must have: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA Ireland) aligned with Irish Accountancy body Minimum of 5 years' experience (ideally within a multinational, PLC group) 3 plus years of team management experience Must be an excellent team player and provide leadership to team members Ability to work effectively with people at various levels of the organization, with particular experience dealing with Senior Leadership. Excellent knowledge of MS office package, in particular Excel. Negotiation experience & ability to resolve conflicts.
