ProSource are hiring for a Senior Project Manager on behalf of a highly regarded Cost and Project Management Consultancy based in Dublin that works across a number of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, infrastructure, and public sector projects. Due to their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee high-profile projects, providing strategic direction and ensuring seamless project delivery from start to finish. Responsibilities Leading and managing the delivery of large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Developing, implementing, and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing consistent updates to clients and stakeholders. Leading multidisciplinary teams of consultants, contractors, and internal project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Overseeing project procurement processes, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and managing contract negotiations. Managing project risks and identifying mitigation strategies to resolve issues before they impact project delivery. Providing expert advice to clients on project strategies, procurement methods, and cost management. Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that work is completed to the required standards. Managing project budgets, ensuring cost control, and providing detailed financial reports and forecasts. Leading meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to discuss project progress, potential risks, and any required changes. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in leading and delivering complex projects across various sectors. Extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, including budget management, procurement, and risk management. Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations, contract administration, and procurement processes. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams. Proven ability to manage and resolve complex project issues and make critical decisions under pressure. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on providing outstanding service. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Package €95,000 - €120,000 DOE Performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities. Pension contribution scheme.
