We are now inviting applications for the position of a Delivered Business Supervisor to join our Marketplace team Management of Transport Team Ensure drivers comply with RSA Legislation, working hours, and complete required paperwork accurately Routing Planning Audit, Monitor, & Implement Transport Compliance (Tachograph Compliance, Driver Working Hours, H&S, etc.) Fleet Management On-time Delivery Service Levels Effective communication with managers, and logistics within MWP around deliveries Ensure all standard HR processes are implemented for transport team Liaise with Delivered Business Manager on deliveries Experience, Skills and Education: Previous transport/logistics experience desirable Strong knowledge of transport legislation Previous experience leading a team Proven record of people management and effective resource management to maximise productivity Customer focus with high attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team Ability to work well under pressure PC skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills Previous experience in a Wholesale and Retail environment C Licence desirable Musgrave is an equal opportunities employer.We encourage applications from diverse candidates.
