About the Role: Coding new developments and/or enhancements as defined in a technical design. Adhere to code quality and unit testing standards. Identify and implement integration tests, automating tests where appropriate. Participate in peer reviews of code to ensure best practices and maintain code quality. Provide system test support when code is migrated to System Test environments. Design and deliver innovative solutions to client needs using J2EE and front-end technologies. Collaborate on the delivery of high-quality solutions that are validated using approaches such as Test-driven development (TDD). Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions. About You: Third level qualification in Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline. Java/J2EE development experience is essential. Demonstrated industry experience in one or more of the following: Java technologies (Spring Frameworks, Hibernate). Front-end development using Angular 2+,HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript. RESTful and SOAP web services. Relational databases, particularly SQL Server, and Database Development & Administration (including UNIX, XML). Unit/Integration testing and automation (e.g., JUnit, Jasmine, Karma). Experience with Software Patterns, web design, and responsive development. Familiarity with Version Control Systems such as Git. Ability to contribute to both front-end and back-end development, ensuring a seamless integration of the user interface with server-side logic.
