Educational Requirements Third level degree. Masters degree or other post graduate accreditations desirable. Experience Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a relevant role in professional services/executive recruitment and remuneration, advisory and/or a commercial organisation of scale. Skills Understanding of recruitment and executive search. Knowledge of role profiling and CV assessment. Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail. Intermediate excel skills. Report writing/review skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Stakeholder management skills.
