Key Responsibilities: Tax Compliance - Oversee corporation tax for multinational clients, ensuring timely filing and accuracy. Advisory Services - Provide strategic advice on reorganisations, share options, and asset transfers; collaborate on cross-border transactions. Personal Tax Services - Prepare income tax returns for high-net-worth clients and advise on succession and capital gains tax. Team Leadership - Mentor a team of six, fostering collaboration and conducting training. Project Management - Manage client billing and coordinate with internal departments for integrated solutions.
