Job description Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join and lead their on-site team based in Kilkenny.They are looking fora marketing professional with proven experience leading a marketing team and a successful track record in implementing strategies aligned with key business objectives. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience is required. You should be a highly organised and passionate marketer, dedicated to driving results. You will need to be able to work within a fast-paced and changing environment, operating across multiple projects simultaneously to produce exceptional results. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the senior marketing manager will manage and develop the marketing team, in addition to implementing the companys strategic and operational marketing initiatives. This is a permanent position with Hybrid Options of 3 days in office and 2 days from home. Your new job: Key Duties & Responsibilities: Manage and develop the marketing team with clear roles, responsibilities and KPIS Develop and drive the brand experience internally within the business and externally with target B2B and B2C customers. Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends, gathering insights to support data-driven marketing strategies. Create category leading marketing and sales support material for the UK, Ireland, and France including, in store online, videos, packaging, brochures, advertising, sales packs, in store POS and pitch presentations. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure a consistent message across all channels. Work closely with NPI and Sales to launch any new products, upgrades and brands across all channels. Delivery, ongoing implementation, budgeting and measurement of three-year brand development strategy across all channels and territories. Organisational Skills: Managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Must be a completer/ finisher and get projects over the line. Adaptability: Staying updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies. What are we looking for & Key Requirements? Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing 7 to 10 years team management / People Management experience.
