Assistant Food & Beverage Manager €38'000 South Dublin - Full Time Onsite This top hotel are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to play a vital role within the Food and Beverage team, supporting the overall operations of the department. This includes overseeing staff, managing stock control, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high hygiene and safety standards. Key Accountabilities Restaurant and Bar Management Foster clear, consistent communication with the team, F&B Manager, Head Chef, and Conference & Events Executive Ensure adherence to hotel Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and uphold high service standards Maintain and enhance the standards in the restaurant and bar, driving continuous improvement Adhere to hygiene regulations and health & safety practices Promote in-house sales and maximize F&B revenue opportunities Introduce ideas and innovations to improve department operations Attend required training sessions to stay updated on industry practices Key Requirements Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage stock, budgets, and financials Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
