FMI stands as Ireland's foremost independent field marketing agency, collaborating with premier FMCG brands across various retail avenues like Dunnes, Tesco, SuperValu, and the convenience sector.

We seek an ideal candidate with personal transport with a fuel card provided. The designated territory is Galway, where you'll engage with local retailers.

We're in search of a supervisor for this area, preferably with retail experience.  The role entails Monday to Friday work with weekend availability for on-call situations.

Extensive training will be provided.

Role Overview:
  • Performance management, organization, and communication with a team of merchandisers to achieve client objectives.
  • Ensuring specified coverage, targets, and standards through roster management and leave arrangements.
  • Supervising merchandising, auditing, and in-store sampling activities in line with company and client standards.
  • Collaborating with Brand Representatives to develop sales and team strategies.
  • In addition to supervision, conducting calls such as audits and sales.
Working Relationships:
  • Coordination with FMI head office and specified client personnel.
  • Collaboration with field personnel within the region.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Essential retail or customer-facing experience, ideally with relevant sales expertise and strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, resilient in target achievement, and aligned with team goals.
  • Strong communication, rapport-building, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Initiative-driven with efficient administration skills.
  • Effective team player.
