We are currently recruiting for a shift Attendants to work on our client site in Kilkenny. The successful candidates will be reporting directly to the Stores Supervisor. The shifts will be 12hrs shifts working both Night and Day Shift The shift technician will initially start on 12 hour shifts Monday to Friday (rotating day and night) Role/Responsibilities Receiving goods inwards Stock/Cycle Counting Deliver the day-to-day operations of the Stores Deliver the agreed metrics to support the benchmarking of site Carry out customer/site specific requests in line with contractual agreement Other ad hoc duties Candidate Profile Operating knowledge of pharmaceutical GMPs and their applications to the Central Inventory function Systems, SAP, Ariba, Maximo etc an advantage but not essential Fully Computer Literate with good attention to detail - knowledge of MS software packages (Excel, Word) would be an advantage Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills (both verbal and written) Fluency in English an essential Adaptable and Flexible Approach with a can-do attitude and an ability and willingness to learn Confident in dealing with Clients and vendors Ability to handle engineering queries from the engineers Knowledge of engineering parts an advantage Previous experience working with VSU's (Vertical Storage Units, Lean Lifts)would be an advantage but not essential Benefits: KPI Bonus pension scheme Shift rate incremental annual leave
