The specific services typically offered by RSM Ireland's Outsourcing team include: Accounting and Financial Reporting: Outsourced accounting services, including bookkeeping, management accounts, and preparation of financial statements. Tailored solutions to meet the reporting requirements of various industries and clients. Payroll Services: End-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Reporting, tax filings, and assistance with employee benefits. Financial Planning and Analysis: Assisting businesses with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to make informed decisions. Providing strategic insights to improve financial performance and growth. Corporate Secretarial Services: Managing regulatory filings and ensuring compliance with corporate governance. Support with company formation, board meeting documentation, and maintaining statutory records. Working within a growing area of the firm, this position offers challenging, interesting and rewarding work in an innovative and progressive environment Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Lead a significant portfolio of key clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality assignments and advisory services while meeting agreed timelines and budgets. Business Development: Drive business growth through identifying and cross-selling opportunities, leading tender processes, and actively participating in business-winning initiatives. Team Leadership and Development: Manage and support a team of highly skilled professionals, promoting a positive talent experience, coaching team members on technical, commercial, and personal development. Quality Assurance: Provide strong technical guidance to the team, ensuring that assignments are conducted in line with the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Performance Management: Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department, ensuring objectives are met and results are achieved. Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning within the department, supporting firm-wide initiatives to foster growth and continuous improvement. Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to contribute to the overall growth and management of the Outsourcing and business unit. The Ideal Candidate: Qualifications: Qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with substantial practice experience at a senior level within a Top 10 firm. Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading a team, delivering multiple assignments across a diverse client base. Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with clients and provide commercial expertise. Technical Expertise: Exceptional technical knowledge, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong report writing, excel and financial modelling skills. Team Player: Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
