Other locations: Dublin/Wexford/Kilkenny Responsibilities: Oversee and monitor clinical practices through personalized care plans for each resident. Conduct internal audits and ensure timely follow-ups on outcomes. Facilitate staff induction, ongoing training, and professional development. Encourage innovative and best practices in patient care. Ensure full compliance with Company and HIQA standards, policies, and procedures. Supervise administrative procedures in the absence of the Administrator. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the facility. Requirements: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a minimum of 3 years experience in the last 6 years in elderly care. Post-registration management qualification in healthcare or a related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in a management role within health and social care.
