As they continue to grow, they are seeking highly skilled Architectural Technologistwith strong BIM management experience to join the team. This is a dual role that combines technical architectural production and BIM coordination. The successful candidate will be hands-on in delivering high-quality drawings, plans, and documentation for live projects, while also leading the implementation and oversight of BIM workflows across the office. This role is ideal for a technically proficient designer who thrives on precision, coordination, and the integration of digital tools into real-world architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawings, plans, and documentation, while also leading the management and coordination of BIM processes across multiple projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, is highly organised, and is passionate about the integration of technology into architectural workflows. What We Offer: A supportive, collaborative, and creative work environment Opportunities for professional development and BIM leadership Involvement in a wide range of exciting and impactful projects Competitive salary and benefits package Key Responsibilities: This is a hands-on role to produce and manage detailed technical drawings and construction documentation in accordance with current regulations and standards Oversee and implement BIM processes across the practice, ensuring model accuracy and data integrity Coordinate project information across multidisciplinary teams using Revit and other BIM software Provide support and training to team members on BIM tools and workflows Ensure all drawings and models comply with industry codes and project-specific requirements Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to deliver coordinated design solutions Manage the setup and maintenance of project-specific BIM Execution Plans and standards Perform clash detection, model audits, and quality checks throughout project lifecycles Key Requirements: A degree in Architectural Technology or a related field Minimum of 7 years relevant industry experience Demonstrated ability to produce full technical drawing packages and manage BIM processes on live architectural projects Proven expertise in Autodesk, Revit and BIM management Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and construction methods Experience in preparing detailed architectural and technical documentation Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with ISO 19650 and other relevant BIM standards is preferred For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Alexandra Byrne or call Osborne on .
