Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations on civil engineering sites, ensuring seamless project delivery Lead and manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficiency and safety Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure on-time and on-budget completion Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to align on project goals and expectations Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the on-site team Maintain thorough and accurate site records, including progress reports and documentation Key Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience) Proven track record in managing civil engineering projects or large-scale site operations Strong leadership and team coordination skills Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Deep understanding of construction processes and health and safety regulations Full, clean driving license Benefits: Competitive annual salary between €75,000 - €85,000 Excellent career progression with a strong emphasis on personal development Company vehicle and fuel card Pension contribution Long-term, stable employment with a respected industry leader This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civils Site Agent to further their career with a leading contractor based in Kilkenny.
