Du bist ein kreativer Kopf mit Leidenschaft für UX Design und möchtest die digitale Umsetzung beim Kunden mitgestalten?

Du gleichzeitig die Projekte im Blick behältst?

Du brennst dafür, komplexe Prozesse im Enterprise-Umfeld zu entwickeln und zu gestalten?

Dann bist Du genau richtig, denn wir suchen einen UX Fullstack Engineer (m/w/d), der Spaß an den folgenden Tätigkeiten hat:
  • Du möchtest Deine eigenen Ideen und Konzepte in visuelle Entwürfe umsetzen, wobei Du einen modernen Designansatz verfolgst, und begleitest dabei Projekte während des gesamten UX-Prozesses.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Analyse von Business-Prozessen und die darauf abgestimmte Erhebung von Anforderungen an die IT-Systeme.
  • Du kannst Businessziele mit dem Nutzer- und Markenerlebnis unserer Kunden verknüpfen und dabei auch CI/CD Styleguides einfließen lassen.
  • Du Spaß daran hast, komplexe technische und organisatorische Probleme zu kommunizieren und in diesem Zuge Lösungsvorschläge zu erarbeiten.
  • Du konzipierst ganzheitliche UX-Lösungen gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden.
  • Du gerne als Teil eines agilen Teams an User Interfaces mitwirken möchtest.

  • Du ein Studium im Bereich des Industriedesigns, der Informatik, der Medieninformatik hast oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mitbringst.
  • Du verfügst über praktische Projekterfahrung im Bereich User Experience und kannst Beispiele für User Journeys, Sitemaps, Wireframes, Prototypen, Interaktionskonzepte oder Visualisierungen präsentieren.
  • Du sehr gute Kenntnisse mit Tools wie Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe XD o. ä. hast sowie ein Auge für Kreativität.
  • Du ein Gespür für Enterprise-Software, Software-Usability und technische Limitationen in der Webentwicklung hast.
  • Du mit Deiner Kommunikationsstärke und Offenheit Teamkollegen und Kunden von deinen innovativen Ideen begeistern kannst.
  • Du über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse verfügst.
