Responsibilities: Design and analyze structural elements for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure. Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and reports in compliance with Irish building regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site inspections and structural assessments, identifying potential risks and recommending solutions. Utilize industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, and structural analysis tools. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, codes of practice, and best engineering principles. Support senior engineers in project planning, coordination, and execution. Requirements: Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred). 2+ years of experience in structural design (consultancy experience an advantage). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, and structural analysis software. Strong understanding of Eurocodes, Irish building regulations, and design codes. Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
