The HSEQ Manager will provide strategic direction in implementing and maintaining a robust health, safety, and environmental framework. This role ensures the development and compliance of company policies with relevant legislation while fostering a culture of safety and excellence. Job Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the companys Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) system. Offer expert advice to management and employees on all matters related to health and safety. Ensure the companys safety statement and associated documentation remain up to date and compliant with current legislation and best practices. Promote a safe working environment for all employees that is in alignment with company policies. Act as the primary liaison for Safety Representatives and committees on safety, health, and welfare issues. Deliver detailed analysis and reports to the Director and senior management team. Oversee strategic HSEQ programs and allocate resources effectively. Drive the development of IT systems supporting the HSEQ strategy. Job Requirements: Minimum of 4-5 years experience in a similar role. Deep understanding of health and safety regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in relevant software applications. Team-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation skills. ** Travel within Ireland will be required within this Role** What's on Offer?
