Operational Excellence Engineer Co. As an Operational Excellence Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and leading the advancement of Operational Excellence principles and practices across the site through internal & external collaborations, delivering high-impact, sustainable business results. Roles & Responsibilities; Oversee and enhance the sites Operational Excellence initiatives, such as the Manufacturing Operating System (MOS), 6S Program, and Shingo methodology. Cultivate and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the site. Serve as a change agent, driving lean initiatives in alignment with business goals. Manage departmental and site-specific KPIs and reporting, including the maintaining site visual boards. Support site teams in strengthening Continuous Improvement and problem-solving skills through training and education. Lead site-wide problem-solving efforts, utilising various improvement tools and facilitating related training sessions. Increase awareness and engagement of Operational Excellence principles by implementing effective communication and engagement strategies. Teach and coach staff on Lean Six Sigma and change management tools/methodologies, such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and DMAIC, to ensure successful project outcomes. Lead and oversee relevant Operational Excellence projects. Contribute to the management of the sites project portfolio within the Operational Excellence team.
