Finishing Foreman

One of Ireland's leading housing developers is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their dynamic team. This is a long-term opportunity to work on high-quality residential projects in the Kildare area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all finishing works are completed to the highest standards, within budget, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all finishing works on site, ensuring top-quality workmanship. Coordinate with tradesmen, subcontractors, and site management to ensure timely completion. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks, addressing any defects or issues promptly. Manage timelines and work schedules to meet project deadlines. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Liaise with project managers and provide updates on progress. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman in the construction industry, ideally within residential developments. Strong knowledge of finishing trades, materials, and construction processes. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
