As a Lead Product Manager, you strive to be a mentor and role model inspiring and guiding your team. You are passionate about building great products and believe in and drive best practices. You must have worked with enterprise-sized customers. You are tenacious and comfortable with ambiguity. Your people management experience will include Performance Management:-Held regular one-on-one check-ins and team meetings to ensure alignment and progress. Demonstrated a strong track record of setting measurable goals and tracking performance against key metrics. Provided constructive feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement. Addressed underperformance through tailored support plans and necessary corrective actions. Work Allocation & Project Management:- Assigned tasks based on individual skills, experience, and workload to optimize efficiency. Monitored project timelines, deliverables, and overall quality to ensure successful execution. Identified and resolved bottlenecks by reallocating responsibilities as needed. Team Leadership & Motivation:- Established clear expectations, goals, and priorities for each team member. Cultivated a positive and collaborative work culture to enhance engagement and productivity. Office First:- This role will be full-time in their Dublin-based office for your first six months. This will massively assist you with your onboarding. Their modern office space has a great buzz, with everyone collaborating. After probation, it's three days a week in the office or more if you like. Salary & Benefits:- DOE , car parking facilities, Pension, Healthcare, Life Assurance, Income protection, and more Travel: You must be able to Travel. This is approximately 15% throughout the year. Excellent in-house smart software engineering team. LEAN is heavily used, encouraging open communication on an ongoing basis. The engineers operate in small autonomous Squad teams, owning their architecture, backlogs, and roadmaps. Their software systems are hugely complex, highly transactional, and data-driven. Lead Product Manager skill-set required You have worked with companies that have scaled, fast. 8yrs+ working in Product Management (Product Owner background useful) Direct people management min 2-3 product managers. Foster a high-performance culture with clear expectations, feedback, and career growth opportunities. You must have launched several 0-1 products. A business mindset you clearly understand what is the outcome / the value. Numbers are like second nature to you. Have built business cases for investment in new products. Advocates for funding for your Products and manages the budget (in collaboration with Finance, Engineering & Commercial Teams) Developed and maintained the roadmap (in collaboration with Engineering & PMO) Developed and owned delivery of business case for your Product/ Products. Product Strategy & Vision making sure they are aligned Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with business goals. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to ensure product differentiation.. Must have owned and been responsible for Competitive Analysis Product Discovery / Product Market Fit / Competitor Analysis / User interviews Become an expert on your Products & Customers and ensure this is understood by the Business and Delivery teams. E2E experience, enabling the business to have more Customer contact & input to inform their roadmaps & strategy Expertise in helping companies transition to being more commercially focussed. Experienced in collaboration with Commercial teams to help improve and shape their process and Products in this area. Ensures Product positioning is clearly understood throughout the business and drives Go to Market for your products (in collaboration with Commercial Teams & Marketing) KPI / Metrics, you have defined appropriate KPIs & success metrics.
