Fexco Drive are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their team. This role is a permanent, full-time position with the opportunity to work from our offices based in Kerry with flexibility to work a hybrid model. Job Purpose Fexco Drive Technology currently has a requirement for a Project Manager within its Project Management team. Fexco Drive Technology delivers a broad range of IT services to the overall Fexco Group. These services include project management, software development and the overarching responsibility for the IT Infrastructure that supports all aspects of the Group`s business.The purpose of the Project Management function is to define and deliver multiple complex projects to agreed scope, time and budget constraints. The Project Managers responsibility will be to plan and deliver projects in conjunction with internal and external clients and partners, and internal stakeholders such as Software, IT, Operations, Senior Management and multiple business units across the Fexco Group. This challenging role requires a candidate with strong project management ability, focus, and a solid client facing, commercially-oriented ethos with an emphasis on project planning, effective delivery, leadership and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual, seeking a varied and interesting role in project management in a fast moving agile business environment. Main Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Coordinating resourcing and delivery with internal and external stakeholders for multiple projects running concurrently to meet the defined project constraints of scope, time and cost. Selecting the appropriate Project Life Cycle depending on the project type. Adapting the leadership style depending on whether an Agile or Plan Driven approach is to be taken. Taking a lead role in facilitating project workshops to gather project requirements and determining the project scope. Preparation of key Project Documents, including Project Charter, Project Schedule, Project Budget, Quality Documentation, Risks and Issues Logs. Delivering timely and accurate reporting on project status and timelines. Running project meetings and steering meetings, ensuring that the project plan, progress, issues and risks are clearly captured and communicated to all of the key stakeholders. Managing relationships with customers and the project team throughout the life cycle of the projects to ensure business needs and technical solutions are aligned and understood. Liaising with third party suppliers and partners. Managing and implementing system changes in line with stakeholder requirements, ensuring that quality requirements are met and the project products are accepted by customers and operational teams. Formally close out projects and complete lessons learned. Qualifications/Experience Required: 3rd Level Qualification in a related area (IT, Project Management or other) A minimum of 2 years experience in a Project Management role is required. Qualification in PMI-PMP/ACP, Prince2, Scrum is an advantage. Knowledge of project management approaches including Plan Driven and Agile methodologies. An appreciation of the primary technical project management skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to clearly articulate client requirements into project scope and deliverables. A strong appreciation of project planning, monitoring, controlling and reporting. Knowledge in creating and managing key project documents. Must have experience in risk and issue management. Knowledge in schedule creation and cost estimation. Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of project tracking tools such as MS Project and JIRA a strong advantage. Proven experience in working with project teams and communicating with project stakeholders. Effective leadership with strong interpersonal communication skills. Proven enthusiasm for continuous development. An inquisitive approach with strong problem-solving abilities. A strong understanding of project management techniques and methodologies. Comfortable and capable of communicating with all levels of the business; both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.
