Consultant Dermatologist

Contract Consultant Dermatologist in Ireland

TTM are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Consultant Dermatologist to join one of the University Hospital in Ireland.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting consultations, assessments, and treatments for patients with various skin conditions

- Providing expert advice on the diagnosis and management of skin diseases and conditions

- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as skin biopsies and allergy testing

- Developing and implementing treatment plans, including prescribing medications and topical treatments

- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, pharmacists, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive care to patients

- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences

- Keeping accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Providing education and support to patients and their families on skin conditions and treatment options

Requirements:

- Medical degree and specialist qualification in dermatology

- IMC Specialist Registration with the Irish Medical Council

- Extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases and conditions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Skills:

- Expert knowledge of dermatological diseases and conditions

- Proficiency in conducting skin examinations and biopsies

- Knowledge of current treatment options and medications for skin conditions
