MSL Motor Group, Ireland’s leading retail automotive group, are seeking a dynamic and skilled Content Creator and Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team, dedicated to enhancing the online presence and brand image of our dealerships and the brands they represent. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, technical expertise, extensive social media advertising knowledge and a profound understanding of the automotive sector, but in particular our brands; Mercedes-Benz, smart, BYD, Skoda & Mazda, their models and USPs.

As a Content Creator and Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for producing captivating videography and photography content across our dealer network, with a focus on enhancing the visibility of our dealerships online.

This role is based in our Head Office at Naas Road, Dublin 12.

Key duties & responsibilities to include :

Content Creation : Develop engaging and visually compelling multimedia content including videography, photography, and graphics for various digital platforms. This content would include exterior dealership images and teaser videos of their refits and the showcasing of brand models, variants and unique selling points. Content would be shot in dealerships and at well-known places in their localities. This would all be in conjunction with the ability to craft compelling copy, drawing customer attention and interest.

Content Management: Ensure all photography & content produced adheres to brand guidelines and effectively communicates the brand identity and values of Mercedes-Benz, Smart, BYD, Skoda, and Mazda.

Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media advertising campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This applies to both local dealership pages and MSL group pages.

Paid Advertising: Planning, activating & monitoring of paid advertising for each brand whilst adhering to brand guidelines and internal budgets.

Dealer Support: Provide creative support to dealership teams by producing high-quality content tailored to specific promotions, events, and initiatives. This will involve working with brand managers to craft social media calendars.

Technical Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation, digital marketing, and social media advertising.

Editing and Post-Production: Edit and refine raw footage and imagery to produce polished and professional multimedia content for online distribution.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of content and advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Teamwork: Working as part of the marketing team to collectively drive customer attention and interest towards dealerships and influence purchasing intent amongst the brands. The candidate will play a role in the recruitment process for online roles within the group providing input on candidates with relevant skills and experience.



Qualifications and Skills:

Proficient in videography and photography techniques, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality work.

In-depth knowledge of our brand models, variants, and unique selling points.

Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and engaging content.

Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Previous experience in automotive or dealership marketing preferred.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
