In this 12-month contract position at our Dungarvan facility, you will be specifically responsible for a specialist HVAC project-AC re process/changes-at our manufacturing centres. As a key part of the site Engineering Team to success in the role is successful stakeholder management with our Quality Team in particular. with multiple functions-leading to projects that are completed on time, within budget, and to You will lead the project to successful implementation in terms of spec, budget and function/performance. Key responsibilities Project Planning and Management of the HVAC-AC project. Stakeholder Management- In particular, our Quality Department. Vendor Management-HVAC specialists. Technical Engineering-HVAC reconfiguration and process reorganization. Budget and Cost Management of said project. Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering. (mechanical, electro-mechanical). 5+ years of experience managing engineered utilities, (HVAC), projects in an enterprise level manufacturing environment- Specifically implementing Leaner AC cycling. Deep and considerable working knowledge of Lean manufacturing-specifically IWS but also six sigma, and other process improvement methodologies, (ideally holding qualifications in terms of belts). Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and technologies, in particular calibration Working knowledge, (prompt engineering level), of common Gen AI applications, ideally Microsoft Co-Pilot.
