Stiamo cercando infatti un* Digital Project Manager con ampia esperienza su progetti CRM, di sviluppo software e marketing da inserire nel team di Customer Success Manager DMA.

Gestirai progetti di trasformazione digitale su realtà di prestigio del panorama italiano con l'obiettivo di migliorare i processi di business in particolare nelle aree Marketing, Sales & Service. Responsabilità
  • Dovrà coordinare e guidare il team di progetto con metodologie agile, pianificando le attività in base alle scadenze e alla capacity del team;

  • Dovrà saper validare le richieste dei clienti, prioritizzarle e trasferirle in modo chiaro ed accurato al team in modo che siano comprese da tutti;

  • Organizzare SAL periodici e gestire la relazione con i clienti per allinearli e garantire la loro soddisfazione durante tutte le fasi del progetto;

  • Dovrà garantire al tempo stesso il rispetto delle tempistiche e la profittabilità del progetto;

  • Dovrà utilizzare lo strumento di project management aziendale tenendo allineato il PMO e il referente commerciale del cliente suggerendo eventuali opportunità di up sell/cross sell.
  • Ha una laurea triennale o specialistica indirizzo STEM;

  • Esperienze pregresse di project management in progetti CRM, di sviluppo software e di marketing in aziende B2B;

  • Capacità organizzative, relazionali e di negoziazione;

  • Naturale predisposizione all'organizzazione e pianificazione del lavoro proprio e altrui;

  • Abilità nel coordinare team di lavoro con competenze trasversali;

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.
  • La possibilità di lavorare su realtà di prestigio del panorama italiano
