Our client works across 12 residential communities and 4-day services nationwide, offering unique, person-centred care that transforms lives. We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join a brilliant team of social and care staff in supporting adults toward independent living and community integration. Requirements: Hold a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Heath or Social Care. Have 1 years experience of working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities. Experience working with challenging behaviours Strong working knowledge of legislation in place to protect vulnerable adults Applicants must hold a full, clean manual driver's license and availability of own car for this post. An understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to Social Care within disability services.
