Junior Technician Osborne Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, one of Irelands leading suppliers of material handling and customised automation solutions who are expanding in a number of fields. Currently they have a vacancy for a recently qualifiedJunior Technicianon our customer site in Dublin. This position requires that the successful candidate will perform maintenance and support tasks on high-speed automated equipment and is ideally suited to candidates who wish to pursue a career in engineering or manufacturing. You will be working on specific bespoke equipment, with full internal training provided Job Type:Full Time Permanent Location:Dublin 12 Salary:DOE Ideally all candidates will have: A formal relevant technical qualification to at least level 6 (Level 7 preferred) 2-5 years experience working in a related environment. Have strong analytical skills supporting fast and effective problem solving. A working knowledge of MS office, Word, Excel, email etc. Good communication skills essential. Trouble shooting and problem resolution. Ability to work to agreed deadlines and to a high standard. Good working knowledge of current Safety legislation and European directives. Ability to interpret technical manuals and documentation. Capability of working on own initiative and as part of maintenance team. You will need to demonstrate that you are self-motivated and that you can work as an integral part of a dedicated maintenance team. This position will require you to have a flexible approach within all aspects of the role and be willing to engage with a changing work environment and may involve shift and weekend work.
