A leading civil engineering contractor is currently looking for an experienced Civils Site Agent for an exciting role based in Kilkenny. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations on civil engineering sites, ensuring smooth execution of projects. Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project progress, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to meet project objectives. Provide technical direction and support to the site team as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records and reports. Key Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience managing civil engineering projects or overseeing large-scale site operations. Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing teams effectively. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and project management practices. Full clean driving license. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary range: €70,000 €80,000 per annum. Excellent career development opportunities with a focus on personal and professional growth.
