Come join our team to work on real-world projects with a real-world impact.## Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team of innovative engineers who are consistently raising the bar on creativity and user experiences. Responsibilities include but not limited to:* Design and implement improvements on current SCM/DevOps practices to stay on top of industry standard best practices with emphasis on automation.* Implement automation strategies, effective monitoring, deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines.* Build and release engineer.* Inter-group and intra-group teamwork in a multi-site world-wide development environment.## Basic Requirements* Bachelor's Degree required; major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering * 5 to 7 years of software development experience* Practical knowledge of Git* Experience in Linux OS as a user* Knowledge of Continuous Integration tools, preferably Jenkins* Knowledge of Docker containerization* Scripting languages: Bash, Python* Programming languages, Groovy, Python* Tools: Git, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Gradle, Maven* A drive towards automating repetitive tasks (e.g. scripting via Python, Bash, Groovy)* Willingness to learn and apply new technologies through self-learning* Ability to work independently but also be a team player## Travel RequirementsNone## Relocation ProvidedNone## Position TypeExperienced## Referral Payment PlanYes## **Company**Motorola Solutions Ireland Limited***EEO Statement***Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
