We are recruiting a Site Manager for a new role based in Dublin
- Oversee the entire building project lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
- Manage site operations, including coordinating activities, materials, and team performance, while ensuring compliance with standards.
- Monitor progress, address delays, and facilitate effective communication with design, commercial teams, and stakeholders.
- Lead safety initiatives, team development, and maintain site standards for safety, cleanliness, and environmental compliance.
The Candidate
- You will have a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role, with Main Contractor experience.
- You will be skilled in interpreting drawings, specifications and reports, with a proactive approach to logistics, site operations and problem solving.
- You will be an excellent communicator, capable of working independently or in team environments, within fast‑paced settings.
