Manufacturing Technician (Medical Devices)
A leading medical device company in North Dublin are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join their growing team. This role will require someone with a commitment to quality, ability to work well in a team and come from a previous pharmaceutical background.

Responsibilities:

Set up, test, and inspect manufacturing systems and sub-assemblies to meet specifications, using engineering drawings, schematics, and SOPs.
Prepare chemical solutions for analysis and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and chemical issues to minimize downtime.
Verify system configurations and support Engineering in installing, validating, and improving test procedures, equipment, and products.
Assist in the design of test fixtures and inspection protocols; maintain accurate documentation, test data, and Q.C. records.
Oversee and verify repairs, ensuring compliance with specifications and Q.C. processes for material handling and defect management.
Follow all HSE protocols when handling hazardous materials and ensure safety procedures are observed.
Train and mentor technicians on new or unfamiliar systems and processes.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years manufacturing technician experience
Previous experience working in a Pharmaceutical company highly desirable
Minimum education Leaving Certificate
Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management systems
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
