What You'll Earn Guaranteed base salary: €30,000-€32,000 (based on experience) Uncapped commission: realistic €1,000-€4,000+ per month €1,000 sign-on bonus (paid after 6 months) Daily allowances: fuel card + lunch covered Weekly performance prizes and bonuses Weekly pay 32 paid days off per year (22 annual leave + 10 public holidays) What We Provide Company vehicle provided (or car allowance with international licence and your own car) Tech kit: tablet + company phone Full sales training - no experience needed Supportive management, team events, and regular coaching Clear career development and promotion pathways Your Role Represent one of Ireland's top telecom providers Promote a range of products including high-speed broadband, SIM-only mobile deals, and TV packages Visit residential areas door-to-door, speak with potential customers, and explain our great-value offers Guide customers through simple sign-up processes Share updates and successes with your team lead Work independently while being fully supported by your team and manager Your profile What You'll Need A confident, friendly personality - you enjoy talking with people A strong work ethic and motivation to earn beyond your base salary Resilience and a positive attitude - not every door leads to a yes A valid manual EU/Irish driver's licence (or international licence with your own vehicle for car allowance) Availability Monday to Friday, 11am-8pm Ready to Get Started?
