Cpl Healthcare is delighted to recruit Social Care Professionals to join a reputable and supportive service in Cavan, providing high-quality residential care to young people. This service is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment where young people can heal, grow, and work toward brighter futures.
We are seeking dedicated Social Care Workers who are passionate about person-centred practice, promoting independence, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the residential service.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant discipline
- Strong understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
- Experience with risk assessments and safeguarding young people in care
- Working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
- Understanding of Children First guidelines and regulations
- Full, clean manual driving license
