What We're Looking For:

At Datavant, we value engineering leaders who excel at problem-solving, building innovative solutions, and understanding the core methodologies and concepts of software engineering. As a Software Manager, you will play a key role in growing our healthcare data ecosystem solution for clients. You will mentor and guide engineers to develop exceptional products, take on impactful work from day one, and step into a challenging role that will accelerate your career growth.

In this role you will:

- Build, grow, and lead a world-class team of engineers who build the critical parts of our product platforms

- Create the technical vision for Datavant’s suite of retrieval products.

- Partner with product and design to ship value to customers

- Be a critical leader of the payer products and business, delivering rapid revenue and customer growth by directing how customer use cases, capabilities, positioning, and more come together to create a winning product.

- Be the champion & driver of product innovation processes & initiatives.

- Be hands‑on by leading high impact efforts.

- Be a strong communicator, coach, and mentor.
