Overview Urban is partnered with one of Ireland’s premier architectural design studios, renowned for high-quality living spaces, working environments, and strong contributions to local communities. The studio is expanding through 2025 and seeks an Architect with prior Irish studio experience and knowledge of Irish building regulations and ways of working.
The team is looking for both immediate talent and those who can be trained and developed to progress within the studio.
The Role This role is best suited to an Architect with experience in Residential, Housing, Office, Workplace and Commercial typologies. Excellence should be evident throughout projects from early design through to completion, with strong skills in both front-end design and the technical construction phases of mid-large-scale schemes. The studio values candidates who can add immediate influence and value, as well as those they can help train and develop.
Base pay range €55,000 - €60,000 (dependent on experience)
Salary Salary: circa €55,000 - €60,000

Software Software: Revit is essential.

Responsibilities Develop and deliver design concepts and documentation for mid-large-scale projects in Residential, Housing, Office, Workplace and Commercial typologies.
Apply knowledge of Irish building regulations and ways of working; collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure design quality and compliance.
Contribute across front-end design and technical construction phases from early concept through to completion.
Work with the studio’s design-driven approach to add immediate influence and support training and progression of colleagues.
Qualifications Previous Irish work experience in a studio environment.
Knowledge of Irish building regulations and ways of working.
Proficiency in Revit (essential).
Strong experience in Residential, Housing, Office, Workplace or Commercial typologies.
Ability to work across front-end design and technical construction phases on mid-large-scale schemes.
