Job Type Permanent Full-Time Category Planned Care Location Dublin City, County Dublin, Ireland Job Details Role Title: Digital Wellness Platform Manager Company: Vhi Health & Wellbeing Dublin Vhi is launching a digital wellness platform in partnership with a leading global provider. This will enable us to provide services at scale to enhance our current wellness proposition and better understand the health risks across our membership. The role will be the primary advocate for the platform and responsible for shaping and executing the vision and strategy for digital wellness while working collaboratively across Vhi to oversee its implementation and continuous development ensuring long-term success and alignment with the our proposition. Role Purpose Ensure we optimise the full platform capability to align with business objectives and deliver measurable value. Ensure content and solution is tailored and appropriate for the Irish market taking into consideration the multinational component of the Irish employee population. Own platform roadmap ensuring business objectives, strategic direction, deliverables and timelines are met. Primary relationship manager with the provider, maintaining a strong working relationship. Manage service level agreements and KPI's to identify and resolve any risks or performance issues. Monitor customer engagement and satisfaction levels ensuring they remain within target. Manage costs and ensure there is efficient budget planning. Manage operational governance and track progress on all aspects of the platform. Coordinate with Vhi control functions to ensure platform remain in compliance Deliver any platform requirements to support chronic disease management programmes. Manage administration rights and configuration activities with the vendor. Manage analytics requirements, enabling the capture of data to meet business requirements. Monitor agreed KPIs internally and work with KPI owner to address any deviations. Work with data teams to progress future data trends, tracking and mining abilities. Manage the rewards programme to ensure objectives are achieved and aligned. Provide insight and vision on rewards enhancement by analysing the domestic and international landscape. Education & Experience Third level degree in a field relevant to wellness e.g. health promotion, population health, digital health or health informatics. Demonstrated experience developing and delivering wellness propositions including strategy, go-to-market planning and customer engagement. Strong understanding of employee workplace wellbeing, scalable preventative health programmes or delivery of digital health programme. Commercially focused with an ability to understand how digital wellness can help to address challenges faced in health insurance. Experience using data with a particularly health data Experience of managing third parties particularly in the health and wellness area. Forward looking with an ability to understand and anticipate wellness and technology trends. Customer focused with history of delivering for customers Ability to manage, co-ordinate and prioritise multiple concurrent work streams Process-oriented with a focus on problem identification and day-to-day operational management. Competent using Microsoft office, SharePoint etc and relevant tools Skills and Abilities Excellent influencing and relationship building skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent presentation skills and confidence to present to senior leaders Demonstrated alignment to the Vhi values.
