Job Responsibilities

To install, modify, and maintain full range moulding & Plant equipment, continuously improving operations to increase output, reduce downtime and waste, and maintain optimal performance.

  • Fine tune moulding & Plant equipment for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain high engineering standards and resolve all breakdowns promptly.
  • Assist in equipment validation, operate manual equipment, and deal with vendors and suppliers.
  • Analyze customer complaints and internal quality issues, drawing up improvement programs.
  • Train other technicians, new recruits, and apprentices as required.
  • Participate in company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and maintain recording systems.
  • Utilize IT/processing systems and maintain high safety and housekeeping standards.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years industrial experience, preferably in medical/pharmaceutical/Automotive industries. Previous injection Moulding/maintenance/Toolmaking experience is essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative, with relevant PC skills including MS and/or CAD/Solidworks.
