Are you an Actuary looking to take the next step in your career? We are working with a leading insurance and reinsurance firm seeking a talented and motivated Actuary to join their dynamic team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to pricing, risk management, and capital modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Internal Model Management: Maintain and validate internal models in line with Solvency II and regulatory requirements.
- Pricing & Risk Analysis: Support pricing models, portfolio management, and reinsurance transactions, with a focus on Property & Casualty.
- Data & Model Review: Regularly review assumptions, data, and methodologies to ensure alignment with risk profiles.
- Quarterly SCR Production: Monitor and analyze the Solvency Capital Requirement (SCR) and its components for ongoing model effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Provide mentoring to actuarial trainees and analysts, supporting their development.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Actuarial Experience: 2-5 years working in general insurance, reinsurance, or capital management.
- Qualifications: Currently working towards or have achieved Actuary certification (e.g., CIP, ASA).
- Technical Expertise: Strong skills in Excel, VBA, Python, or similar tools. Knowledge of Solvency II and capital modeling is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Able to present complex technical information to senior management and stakeholders.
