What will I be doing as a Subway Manager at Applegreen? Oversee daily operations of Subway, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including, food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service. Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness.
