About the Job
You support end-to-end supply chain, procurement, and product operations by ensuring timely execution, data accuracy, supplier coordination, and process optimization across multiple program streams. The role delivers tactical and strategic support to drive operational excellence and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including RFx execution, supplier evaluation, commercial analysis, and onboarding.
- Oversee the full PO lifecycle: validation, placement, tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of LLE and OpEx POs and Change Orders, with high data integrity and proactive escalation handling.
- Support goods receipt completion in SAP within 7 days of delivery and ensure system updates are accurate and timely.
- Resolve invoicing issues within 30 days of notification and manage move order and goods receipt processes.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize inventory operations through process mapping.
- Initiate and track Change Order Requests, ensuring closure within 25 days and alignment with project timelines.
- Create and maintain supplier collaboration documentation to enable timely commitments and visibility.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure adherence to delivery timelines and commitments.
- Conduct BOM risk assessments and consolidate data across Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) products and suppliers.
- Support supply chain risk assessments by gathering and analyzing data from suppliers and internal sources.
- Support factory readiness and production tracking, ensuring alignment with NBD, BOM changes, and configuration updates.
- Coordinate with manufacturing engineering to drive continuous improvements and evaluate supplier production maturity.
- Validate BOMs with PLM and ensure revision control and data accuracy.
- Review PLC deliverables and establish project schedules for operations-related milestones.
- Generate and maintain performance reports including Monthly On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and ad hoc dashboards.
- Support tactical execution and data analysis upon PO placement to validate alignment with BOM and cross-functional inputs.

Technical & Functional Skills required:

- Minimum Work Experience Required: 5+ Years
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in SAP (MM/SD), PLM systems, and ERP tools.
- Experience with supplier collaboration platforms and BOM management tools.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze large datasets for risk assessment, performance tracking, and process optimization.
- Strong attention to detail in validating PO data, BOM configurations, and supplier inputs.
- Proactive in identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and customer updates.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sourcing, finance, and factory teams.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills with internal and external partners.
- Project & Process Management: Experience in managing lifecycle transitions, factory readiness, and supplier qualification.
- Skilled in process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with compliance, audit, and SLA adherence in procurement operations.
