Location: Dublin 2, as part of our hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office per week).
Contract type: Maternity cover (approx. 12 months)

- Our recruiters join the team with 3-5 years previous recruitment experience
- Many of our recruitment specialists have previous recruitment agency experience
- We are a team who enjoy working in an energetic environment and providing a best-in-class recruitment experience. This includes frequent interaction with senior stakeholders to ensure we are continuously enhancing our relationships with our hiring managers and the wider organisation.

Your responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle for key business units across the firm to include:
- Proactively attracting and headhunting candidates directly via a range of methods to include but not limited to: career websites, LinkedIn Recruiter and employer branding campaigns.
- Promoting the employee referral scheme with a view to increasing the number of hires from this source
- Developing a good understanding of professional services, specifically the roles and business units assigned
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal clients / hiring partners as well as candidates
- Short-listing applications, conducting competency-based interviews and assessments, providing timely feedback to candidates, clients and recruitment agencies
- Decrease cost per hire and time to hire metrics whilst maintaining a high quality of hire
- Preparing and negotiating job offers
- Providing quarterly stats to our hiring managers.
- When required, assisting with presentations to the wider HR department.
- Ensuring a smooth on-boarding process for newly hired employees and proactive candidate management to ensure they are engaged throughout
Your team:
The KPMG Resourcing Team forms part of the Human Resources department and consists of 18 people currently who are responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment and selection activity including; experienced hiring, campus recruitment and global opportunities.
