Director of Infrastructure A leading financial and corporate advisory firm is seeking a Director to join its Infrastructure Consulting team in Dublin. This is an opportunity to work with a high-performing team advising on landmark projects across energy, transport, and social infrastructure sectors Role & Responsibilities Lead business development initiatives across infrastructure sectors, expanding the firm's presence in Europe. Leverage strong existing client and industry relationships to originate and secure new mandates, partnerships, and investment opportunities Oversee project structuring and capital raising activities for major infrastructure and M&A projects. Provide strategic and financial advisory support to clients across the energy, utilities, transport, and social infrastructure sectors. Represent the firm at industry events and client engagements as a senior ambassador. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants to ensure high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams. Collaborate closely with colleagues across offices to deliver integrated advisory solutions. Requirements 12-15 years of experience in corporate finance, infrastructure investment, ideally with exposure to public sector, energy, transport, or social infrastructure projects. Proven ability to originate business and maintain strong client relationships. Strong technical experience in financial modelling, structuring, and complex transaction management. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated leadership in developing and supporting junior team members.
