Our client, a prestigious design consultancy based in Dublin, is expanding and looking for a talented Associate Electrical Engineer to join their team. This consultancy is renowned for delivering high-quality projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. They are seeking a skilled electrical engineer who can take on a leadership role, guiding a team of engineers and managing end-to-end project delivery. As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will play a central role in the design and delivery of complex projects. You’ll lead a team of electrical engineers, oversee all aspects of project management, and act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
Chartered Engineer status or progress towards chartership is highly desirable
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in electrical engineering within a design consultancy environment
Demonstrated success in project management, with experience delivering complex, multi-sector projects
Proficiency in electrical design software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
