PMI Team Leader

The Osborne Tech and Eng team are currently recruiting for the role of Team leader of Positive Materials Inspector, to join our client operating in the Medical research sector. The successful incumbent will work with all site and management personnel to ensure all company policies, processes and health and safety legislation is adhered to on all sites

Requirements:


Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience
Strong experience of general quality inspection activities
Strong background of working to tight deadlines
3 Years experience of leading a team and hands on manufacturing process experience
Current drivers licence
Ability to work shift if required allowance provided


Competencies required:


Proactive with an ability to work on own initiative and to take the lead where appropriate
Provide leadership to deliver on daily output activities
Leading the completion of FAIRs reports
Responsible and accountable for all aspects of the PMI team
Deliver and implement solutions to problem affecting everyday activities
Working knowledge of inspection mythologies such as PCBA, Linear measurement etc
