Undergraduate Programme commencing 2026 Job Specification Business Unit: Generation and Trading Division: Fisheries Course Disciplines Required: Marine Biology or related Role Description: This role will support the Hatchery team in day-to-day activities and operations in the hatchery. Fisheries conservation and hatchery work is directly linked to ESB's strategy and this role is a great opportunity to work in a hands-on area and contribute to ESB. Key responsibilities: Day to day operation of Hatcheries including; Fish & Eel collection Fish conservation Feeding Monitoring Environmental compliance Health & Safety duties Upkeep of the hatchery Desirable Skills: Teamwork Flexibility Technical skills Knowledge and awareness of site safety measures Sustainable ways of work Strong communication Location of Role: One of the following: Parteen Hatchery/Belmont/ESB Head Office Contract: This is a fixed-term contract position, offering valuable experience and exposure within ESB's Fisheries function.
