My client is recruiting for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join an ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation project on rolling daily rate contract. This is a hybrid position. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial and controlling modules, with proven experience in delivering solutions in an SAP S/4HANA environment. Job Responsibilities Provide end-to-end SAP FICO expertise for the ongoing SAP S/4HANA project. Analyze business processes and requirements, designing and implementing SAP FICO solutions to meet organizational goals. Configure SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO modules with other systems. Identify and resolve system issues, providing post-go-live support and continuous process improvements. Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver training, and ensure effective knowledge transfer. Work on data migration strategies and execution for SAP FICO-related master and transactional data. Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide financial insights for stakeholders. Collaborate with technical teams to create functional specifications for custom developments. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards in SAP FICO configurations. Document system configurations, business processes, and user guidelines. Provide guidance on best practices and roadmap planning for SAP FICO within the S/4HANA framework. Experience Required Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules. Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project. Proficiency in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling configurations. Strong understanding of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP. Hands-on experience with data migration and cleansing processes in SAP S/4HANA. Ability to create functional specifications for ABAP developments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Essential and Desirable Skills Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant Educational Requirements Relevant SAP certification is a plus.
