Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on-site. Support QA/QC inspections, testing, and handover documentation. Skills and Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Proven experience managing CSA works on large construction or infrastructure projects. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Sound knowledge of construction standards, health & safety regulations, and project management tools.
