Key Responsibilities: Contribute to diverse functions with one team that can range from: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Health & Wellbeing. Support programme development and delivery, including health promotion and occupational health. Perform administrative tasks and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Collaborate with skilled teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Skills: Currently pursuing or holding a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in relevant disciplines (e.g., Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Business Administration). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and effective time management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, MS Teams). Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service. Location: Our roles are based in various locations, including Dublin & Portlaoise with hybrid working options. Contract: This is a fixed-term contract position, offering valuable experience and exposure within ESB's diverse business units.
